Duties

• Assist in livestream operations and on-site coordination
• Monitor livestream flow and ensure smooth execution during sessions
• Support hosts with real-time adjustments, pacing, and issue handling
• Engage with audience (comments, basic interaction support)
• Coordinate with team members (hosts, PMs, ops) during livestreams
• Assist with basic operational tasks such as reporting and documentation

Qualifications

• At least 1 month of livestream or related experience (moderation / operations preferred)
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Execution-oriented, detail-focused, and proactive
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to take feedback
• Commitment and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a livestream moderator or similar role
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken preferred)
• Familiar with livestream workflows and pacing
• Experience supporting multiple livestream sessions
