LLC Tax & QuickBooks Accountant (Remote, Task-Based)

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented QuickBooks accountant for a short-term, task-based project. The role involves:

• Entering bank and credit card transactions into QuickBooks
• Categorizing and organizing transactions
• Assisting with LLC tax preparation by filtering and organizing expenses
• Ensuring records are accurate and ready for accounting/tax filing

Requirements:

• Proven experience with QuickBooks bookkeeping
• Familiarity with LLC tax-related expense categorization
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work fully remotely

Additional Information:

• Transaction volume: Low (few transactions)

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
