Job Title: LLM/SecOps Engineer

Location: Hybrid (with flexibility to commute to Chennai if required)

Duration: 6-month contract (extendable based on performance)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled LLM/SecOps Engineer to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) along with Security Operations (SecOps) to design, build, and secure AI-driven solutions for enterprise-grade environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and integrate LLM-based applications into enterprise workflows.

- Implement SecOps best practices to ensure AI/ML pipelines and systems are secure and compliant.

- Automate monitoring, anomaly detection, and incident response using AI/ML.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, DevOps, cloud engineers) to deliver secure and scalable solutions.

- Ensure compliance with data security standards (GDPR, ISO, SOC2, etc.).

- Perform vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk mitigation.

- Maintain documentation, processes, and playbooks for AI and security workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and Security Operations.

- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, LangChain, RAG pipelines).

- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Proven knowledge in SIEM, SOAR tools (Splunk, ELK, Sentinel, Cortex, etc.).

- Proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash for automation and integration.

- Familiarity with MLOps & SecOps practices (Kubeflow, MLflow, Terraform, Ansible).

- Strong understanding of Zero Trust security, IAM, and container security (Kubernetes, Docker).

Preferred Skills

- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CKA, CKAD, or cloud security certifications.

- Prior experience in AI security, adversarial ML, and secure LLM deployment.

- Exposure to regulatory compliance in enterprise environments.
