LMS Consultants

We are looking for client-facing LMS experts. We partner with Docebo LMS. If you know Docebo, perfect. If you don't know Docebo but know another LMS, no problem, Docebo is easy to learn. 'Consultants' is a deliberately broad term. We hire people rather than fill jobs. By this, we mean that we are interested in anyone with valuable skills that we believe has the attitude and outlook to be successful in our organisation as it goes through the scale-up journey. Rather than have a rigid job spec and try and find the perfect candidate for that, we'll hire useful people and design the detail of the job around the skills they bring. These skills may include one, some or all of the following:

Key skills we're seeking (you should have at least one):

• Experience in implementing an LMS
• Ninja-like LMS administration skills - and ability to think of workarounds to meet clients use-cases
• Ability to demo and sell an LMS
• Deep technical knowledge about SCORM, xAPI or integrating LMS to other systems via APIs
• Ability to train people in using our LMS

Regardless of how you fit with the above, you MUST have:

• Proven experience working on commercial eLearning Projects (business focussed, not academic)
• Great communication skills. These are client-facing roles. You must be able to build a good relationship with clients in different industries.
• Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn every day
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team.
• Graduate or postgraduate from ANY discipline.
