About the Role:
Are you highly organized, good at solving, and enjoy working with people? We’re looking for a Load Coordinator to join our Operations team!
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coordination, problem-solving, and keeping things running smoothly. No prior transportation experience required. We’ll teach you what you need to know.
What You’ll Do:

Plan and coordinate daily workloads to keep operations moving smoothly.

Communicate with internal teams and customers to solve scheduling needs.

Review incoming requests and make sure details are correct and complete.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and organization.

Monitor schedules and quickly resolve last-minute changes or challenges.

Work closely with multiple departments to support customer solutions.
