Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify Weight & Balance calculations and load sheets for B737-800F, B767-300F, and B757F operations.
• Supervise and coordinate all loading and offloading activities to ensure compliance with aircraft limitations and safety standards.
• Ensure proper cargo distribution, securing, and restraint in accordance with EASA/ICAO regulations and aircraft loading manuals.
• Oversee the safe handling of special cargo, including dangerous goods, perishables, live animals, and outsized cargo.
• Communicate effectively with ramp agents, ground handling teams, and flight crew to ensure smooth and timely aircraft turnaround.
• Review and validate all cargo documentation and ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Conduct pre- and post-loading inspections to ensure all items are secure and airworthy.
• Provide final Load Sheet, Trim Sheet, and Loading Instructions to the flight crew.
• Manage last-minute operational changes and payload adjustments.

Requirements:

• Valid EASA/ICAO Loadmaster Certification
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in cargo operations
• Experience on B737-800F, B767-300F, and/or B757F aircraft (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of weight & balance, aircraft limitations, and cargo safety procedures
• Dangerous Goods (DG) certification is an advantage

Salary: Salary will be based on experience and aligned with industry standards.
