Load Planner

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Load Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while supporting the team in achieving their goals. We are a Christmas Tree farm that strives for success in all seasons. An employee willing to pick up and learn where assistance is needed for all aspects of the farm would be a great asset.

Duties

• Analyze technical data, reports, and Sales Orders to build loads.
• Determine optimum load route to deliver product on time.
• Maintain accurate records of loads and customer interactions.
• Communicate with customers on load delivery status.
• Support logistics planning and operations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team on business development initiatives.
• Reconfigure loads and routes on short notice.
• Check in / check out trucks
• Data entry

Requirements

• Ability to provide great customer service.
• Strong skills in MicroSoft Office with emphasis on Excel and Google Sheets spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and achieving targets.
• A willingness to learn about market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Pay: $37,500.00 - $45,750.00 per year
