Position Overview

This position focuses on supporting freight load planning, dispatch coordination, and shipment tracking within an Oregon-based logistics structure. This role is well-suited for individuals seeking to enter the transportation industry or expand their coordination experience in freight operations.

Charlotte-based candidates are preferred for hybrid opportunities; however, remote candidates nationwide are fully eligible.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and assigning freight loads across available capacity

Monitor shipment progress and maintain accurate tracking updates

Maintain detailed operational records across dispatch systems

Communicate shipment status updates, delays, and delivery confirmations

Support coordination between dispatch workflows and shipment timelines

Identify service disruptions and assist in resolution processes

Maintain high levels of organization and data accuracy

Qualifications

Strong communication and coordination skills

Computer proficiency and ability to learn logistics systems

Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits

Ability to multitask in a structured environment

Time management and accountability

Experience is not required; training structure available
