Position Overview

Responsible for monitoring freight movements, coordinating loads, and supporting transportation workflow processes. Memphis-based candidates may engage in hybrid activities; remote applicants are fully supported through Oregon-based operations.

Key Responsibilities

Track shipments and maintain updates within dispatch systems

Support load assignment and workflow coordination

Maintain accurate operational records and documentation

Communicate delivery status, delays, and exceptions

Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions

Collaborate with teams to optimize workflow efficiency

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication

Computer proficiency with dispatch or tracking systems

Organizational and detail-oriented

Ability to follow structured operational processes
