Loader Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment such as front-end loaders, bulldozers, backhoes, and excavators to move and load materials.
• Excavate, transport, and grade materials including rock, gravel, and other aggregates.
• Perform daily pre-operation equipment inspections to ensure safety and functionality.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, and refueling.
• Assist the Plant Foreman with coordinating material movement and equipment usage.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain awareness of surroundings at all times.
• Perform manual labor tasks as needed to support plant operations.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and inspections.
