Loading Supervisor

• Supervise and monitor loading/unloading operations to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Plan and allocate manpower efficiently for daily operations, ensuring minimal idle time and maximum productivity.
• Verify the condition, quantity, and type of goods/materials being loaded or unloaded against documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and transport teams to avoid delays and ensure smooth material flow.
• Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing goods, including weighbridge slips, gate passes, challans, and delivery notes.
• Ensure proper stacking, securing, and handling of goods to prevent damage during loading/unloading.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings with workers before operations.
• Monitor equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and pallet jacks to ensure they are in safe working condition.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or delays to management immediately.
• Train and guide loaders, helpers, and other support staff on safe and efficient practices.
• Enforce compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and client-specific requirements at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,375.71 - ₹50,222.86 per month
