Loading & Support Agent

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Support Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the loading and contracting teams, including but not limited to contracts, offers and rates, as well as booking issues.

Key responsibilities :

•Work closely with our loading and contracting teams.

•Primary point of touch between our contracting team and our strategic partners (Hotels).

•Contribute with Yield Management / Revenue Management tasks.

•Take part in hotel reallocation for issued bookings.

•Will load rates in the company system, meet the deadlines and provide some follow-up by using our issue-tracking system.

•Will optimize and manage the contracted and loaded conditions in our platforms and tools: Stop Sales, offers, etc., to make sure the right update in our system is as per the request of our partners.

•Will be in charge of activating our contracts as per the strategy of our Group.

•Will help to keep developing our tools with your feedback and suggestions in order to optimize our workflow.

Qualification :

•Certificate of Higher education or bachelor in tourism / Business bachelor.

•At least One year in a similar position or has worked in the same industry.

•Microsoft Office basic knowledge.

•Languages: English B2 level & Turkish. Other languages will be taken into consideration.
