Loan Administration Specialist
The Loan Administration Specialist role involves managing loan files, ensuring compliance with bank policies, and supporting consumer loan processing with a focus on customer service and accuracy.
- Loan Servicing and Administration: The specialist maintains original loan documents, releases collateral timely, processes loan disbursements, performs escrow analyses, verifies insurance, and manages vehicle titles, and reports to ensure timely loan servicing.
- Loan File Documentation: Responsibilities include advising loan officers on documentation, tracking missing documents, assembling and verifying loan files, ensuring lien perfection, and maintaining credit insurance records in compliance with bank policies.
- Consumer Loan Center Support: The specialist verifies loan application completeness, orders supporting documents, prepares files for loan officer review, communicates application status, and ensures all approval conditions and documentation accuracy before forwarding files for booking.
- Training and Professional Development: The role requires ongoing training in loan administration procedures, maintaining knowledge of bank products, completing educational programs, adapting positively to changes, and promoting a professional work environment.
