Loan Officer Assistant

Zoom Mortgage is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Loan Officer Assistant to support our loan origination team. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient mortgage process by assisting loan officers with administrative tasks, client communication, and file management from application through closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist loan officers in preparing and managing loan files throughout the mortgage process
  • Collect, review, and organize borrower documentation (income, assets, credit, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date loan records in the company’s system
  • Communicate with clients, real estate agents, and third parties to gather necessary information
  • Monitor loan pipelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with clients on outstanding conditions
  • Coordinate with processors, underwriters, and closers to facilitate timely loan approvals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to inquiries

Pay: $2,500.00 - $10,000.00 per month
