Job Description
We are looking for commission-only Hard Money Lenders to source, originate, and manage borrower relationships. This role is ideal for a people-person who is confident, disciplined and goal driven and who wants to earn based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Source new borrower leads through networking, outreach, and referrals
• Guide borrowers through the application process
• Manage communication from intake through closing
• Work within our systems (Mortgage Automator) and follow internal workflows
• Communicate with underwriting and operations team as needed
• Follow up with borrowers for future deals and payoffs

Requirements

• Self-motivated and able to manage your own pipeline
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Excellent communication and organization skills

Compensation

• Tiered Commission Based on Monthly Loan Volume (Commission Only!)
• Bonuses structure set up for exceptional performance

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
