Loan Partner (Licensed)

The Loan Partner supports the Loan Originator in guiding prospective clients through the loan approval process, from application to closing. This role also involves building relationships with third-party partners like real estate agents and title companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between clients and the Loan Originator.
• Assist clients through the loan application process, ensuring all fields are completed accurately.
• Collect and verify required documentation.
• Provide loan disclosures in compliance with federal, state, and investor guidelines.
• Engage with clients professionally throughout the loan process.
• Build and maintain relationships with third-party partners.
• Stay informed about loan products and real estate market trends.
• Support team communication and assist in training staff.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent mortgage sales experience.
• Registered mortgage loan originator with NMLS.
• Proficient in Encompass and Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, and FHLMC loan products and underwriting guidelines
