Operating in our breakthrough model — where a full-service mortgage company (called an IntroLend Chapter) is housed inside a real estate brokerage — you’ll be assisting the Finance Manager team of your Chapter to originate loans for its real estate agents. In the process, you’ll learn how to personally use our in-house platform (IntroTech) to move these loans successfully through the pipeline — from providing borrower support on our digital mortgage application, through issuing preapprovals, to advising on the best loan product, to final loan closing. Qualification Requirements: ● Possess an advanced understanding and have mortgage lending experience in different loan products for Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, adjustable/ fixed, etc. ● Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Superb analytical skills, time management skills and attention to detail. ● Minimum of 5+ years loan processing experience required. ● Familiarity with TILA / RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID). ● Knowledgeable in running DU/LP. ● Keen interest in the mortgage and real estate industries Duties and Responsibilities: ● Assist your Chapter’s Finance Manager team to perform Expert Loan Origination. In so doing, you will: ○ Enter and ensure data entry into LOS is complete and accurate. ○ Follow up and communicate with customers, MLO, corporate staff and third-party vendors to obtain needed items and update documentation for a well manufactured file. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with multiple departments and people and manage assigned pipelines to meet closing expectations. V6.22.01 AvenuTechnologies, Inc. - Confidential ○ Review new files within 48 hours of receipt and verify that compliance documents were issued within the proper time frame. Notify the appropriate staff member if additional documentation or information is needed ○ Review loan applications, verify information and determine the accuracy of data submitted. ○ Resolve any issues or discrepancies in the loan application. ○ Maintain a pipeline of 25 or more loan files ○ Use documentation to perform functions, such as calculating verified income or verifying assets, while updating LOS software and lender system. ○ Review, organize and prepare loan for underwriting submission. ○ Ensure compliance with all applicable industry standards and rules. ○ Fulfill U/W approval conditions in a timely manner. ○ Submit files to closing department upon obtaining CTC – approval milestone. ○ Ensure that all appropriate closing documentation is in the loan file (i.e. title documentation, homeowners' insurance & third-party invoices). Documents are to be reviewed within 24 hours of receipt and communicated with Loan Originators. ○ Loans are to be processed meeting purchase contract deadlines and rate lock expiration dates. ○ Accurately calculate income for all types of borrowers. ○ Perform other duties as assigned.
