Loan Processor / Capital Markets Coordinator – Private Money Lending

Overview:

Dryden Capital is a direct private lender with over 20 years of lending experience in Marin County and the greater Bay Area. We focus on bridge and transitional real estate loans.

We are a small, tight-knit team with long-tenured employees (average tenure is over 12 years), and we take a practical, no-drama approach to getting deals done.

We are looking for someone who can not only process loans, but also assist on the capital markets side—coordinating the packaging, delivery, and sale of loans to institutional investors.

This is a fast-paced, deal-driven environment. Our transactions are asset-based and time-sensitive, requiring strong organization, judgment, and follow-through.

Responsibilities:

• Manage loan files from application through closing
• Collect and review borrower documentation (financials, entity docs, etc.)
• Order and track third-party reports (appraisals, title, escrow, insurance)
• Prepare files for underwriting and funding
• Coordinate loan file packaging and delivery to institutional investors
• Assist with loan sales, investor requests, and due diligence materials
• Work directly with borrowers, brokers, escrow, and internal team
• Track conditions and ensure timely closing
• Maintain accurate loan files and internal systems

Qualifications:

• 3+ years loan processing experience (private money, bridge lending, or non-QM preferred)
• Experience with loan sales, investor reporting, or capital markets is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of real estate and loan documentation
• Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and loan systems
• Strong communication skills

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
