Position Overview:
As a Mortgage Loan Production Assistant you will assist Processing and Closing with tasks such as third party orders and closing and post closing workflows. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Third Party Orders
• Maintain Closing Calendar with 100% Accuracy
• Assist Closer with Closing and Post Closing workflows
• Communicate with vendors and lending partners
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the processing or closing stage and resolve them promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Prior lending experience not required, willing to train the right candidate. Salary negotiable based on experience.
• Customer service experience preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Confident self starter who takes ownership of tasks and workflows.
• Resourceful and solution oriented.
