Loan Servicing Specialist

Prime Alliance Bank was established in 2004 to provide local businesses, business owners, and individual customers personalized attention and service. We specialize in local commercial lending and national leasing.

Prime Alliance Bank’s Servicing Department is primarily responsible for the maintenance of all commercial loans and equipment leases. We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and driven individual who has at least four years of related experience to add to this team!

In this role your responsibilities will include reviewing the Bank's core banking system to ensure loans and leases were booked accurately, maintaining loan and lease files, monitoring ticklers including but not limited to obtaining updated insurance, good standings, collecting perfected titles, UCC filings, processing payments, quoting and processing payoffs, and other duties as assigned. This position works closely with members of the Credit Operations Department, the Credit Administration Department, and the Special Assets Manager. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Exceptional relationship-building skills
• Motivated to learn and contribute to continuous improvements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Basic knowledge of lending processes and procedures and federal, state, and other regulatory requirements.
• Detail-oriented, quality-focused, flexible, and able to adapt to change.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, diverse, and growth-oriented environment and effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines.

Qualifications: Minimum of four years of experience related to commercial loans and/or lending.
