Job Description
The Loans Settlements and Rescheduling will be responsible for handling client cases related to bank liabilities, financial settlements, and repayment negotiations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, client handling experience, and the ability to coordinate effectively with banks and internal legal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on client cases related to bank settlements and financial obligations.
- Communicate with clients to collect required documents and financial information.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions regarding settlement negotiations and repayment arrangements.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding case progress and requirements.
- Maintain organized records of client files, communications, and settlement status.
- Work closely with the legal department to support case handling and documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
- Assist in lead management, client onboarding, and case evaluation processes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience in bank settlements, collections, banking, and financial services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work professionally with sensitive financial information.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client cases efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Must have previous experience in banks
- Must have a network in banks.
- Experience dealing with UAE banks and financial institutions.
- Knowledge of banking products such as personal loans, credit cards, and corporate liabilities.
