You will be responsible for creating a seamless and welcoming experience by being consistently present in the lobby and ensuring our guests received nothing but the best experience throughout their journey.

You’ll also coordinate closely with departments such as Housekeeping, Front Office, Concierge, Valet and Creative Teams to ensure all guest movements, requests and preferences are communicated clearly and delivered on time.

You will manage all guests' arrivals and departures, including coordinating hotel car logistics and assisting guests arriving in their own vehicles.

Be the central point of contact in the lobby, ready to respond to guest needs and anticipate any concerns before they arise.

Engage with guests to enhance their profiles and communicate personal preferences to the wider team.

Support the Creative Team in organizing special guest's moments and unique experiences.
