Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Lobby Attendant to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining cleanliness and order in the hotel lobby area and banquet spaces. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create memorable experiences for all who walk through our doors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, tidy, and inviting lobby environment through regular cleaning and floor care
• Perform janitorial tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, and surface cleaning to uphold high standards of cleanliness
• Ensure all flooring is well-maintained, polished, and safe for foot traffic through proper care techniques
• Monitor public areas for safety concerns or maintenance issues and report them promptly
• Support housekeeping management by coordinating cleaning schedules and supplies as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality roles such as hotel housekeeping or janitorial services
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and industrial cleaning equipment operation
• Prior hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred to understand guest service expectations
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods comfortably
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
• Experience with industrial cleaning tools and janitorial supplies is a plus

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
