About the Role:

As the Lobby Lounge Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Lobby Lounge, ensuring the highest standards of service, ambiance, and guest satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires passion, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality.

Your area of responsibility will be the Lobby Lounge.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Exceptional Guest Service Skills : Proven ability to deliver a personalized and memorable guest experience in line with luxury hospitality standards.
• Leadership and Team Management : Strong leadership skills with experience in managing, training, and motivating a diverse team in a fast-paced F&B environment.
• Operational Knowledge : In-depth understanding of lounge operations, including service flow, table management, hygiene standards, and guest engagement.
• Beverage and Culinary Knowledge : Familiarity with premium beverage service (tea, coffee, mocktails, cocktails, wines) and light dining menus, including afternoon tea.
• Strong Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Problem-Solving Ability : Skilled in handling guest concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Attention to Detail : High standards in service quality, presentation, and ambiance.
• Organizational Skills : Ability to manage scheduling, inventory, and reporting efficiently.
• Sales and Upselling : Experience in driving revenue through personalized recommendations and promotional offerings.
• Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
