Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Local 2nd Shift Class A Driver (3pm-11pm) to join our team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to operate tractor-trailers on local routes during the evening hours, delivering freight efficiently and safely. Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers with automatic & manual transmissions on local routes during the second shift.
• Deliver freight to designated locations across local routes while adhering to schedule deadlines.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including logs and delivery receipts.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of local route driving and safety regulations.
• Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
• Capable of performing vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients.

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
