Local CDL A Driver – Road & Yard

Job Summary
We are seeking a CDL A Local Driver – Road & Yard to join our team. This position is responsible for completing local deliveries using a tractor-trailer, performing trailer jockeying within the yard, and operating a box truck as needed.

Duties

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer and box truck in accordance with DOT regulations and company safety standards to complete assigned deliveries.
• Perform trailer moves and yard jockeying as required
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies

Experience

• Valid CDL Class A license
• Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT requirements
• Ability to safely maneuver trailers in tight yard spaces
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Reliable and punctual

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• Scheduled start time is 6:00 AM, with a typical end time around 4:30 PM based on workload and operational needs.
• No Weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
