Pay

• Average Weekly: $1,671
• Average Annualized: $86,892
• Top 10% Weekly: $1,735
• Top 10% Annualized: $90,220
• Stop Pay: $25 per stop (20-26 stops per week)
• Load Pay: $55 per trailer
• Mentor Pay: $168 per day (5 days)

CPM by Experience

• 0-12 months: $0.50/mile
• 13-23 months: $0.51/mile
• 24-35 months: $0.52/mile
• 36-47 months: $0.53/mile
• 48-200 months: $0.54/mile
• Mileage: 1,300 miles per week average

Home Time: Home daily

2 consecutive days off per week

Schedule

5 day work week including weekends

Shift: 12-14 hours

Start times between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM

Freight

Driver load and unload using electric pallet jack

Reload returns back to distribution center

Deliveries throughout VA and MD

Loads originate in Fredericksburg, VA

Requirements

CDL Class A required

Must pass DOT physical and drug screen

No drug-related convictions in the last 5 years
