Local CDL Class A Truck Driver

We are seeking a dependable and experienced CDL Class A Driver to join our team. This role involves transporting and delivering pallets of pavers to various job sites, ensuring safe handling, timely deliveries, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle to deliver pavers to local job sites
• Load, transport, and unload materials in a safe and efficient manner
• Operate a Moffett (truck-mounted forklift) for job site deliveries (preferred but not required)
• Secure loads properly to prevent damage during transport
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license and actually be able to drive (required)
• Clean driving record and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy materials as needed
• Experience with Moffett/piggyback forklift operation (preferred, not required — willing to train the right candidate)
• Previous delivery or construction material handling experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,300.00 - $1,800.00 per week
