Local Counsel - North Carolina Federal District Courts

Our law firm is looking for local counsel in North Carolina for the Western, Eastern, and Middle Federal District Courts.

The majority of cases will be in the Western District in Asheville. We expect to file 2 to 4 new cases per month in North Carolina.

Our law firm, The HQ Firm, pursues telephone spammers in federal court nationwide.

To apply for this position, you must be admitted to practice law in North Carolina.

We pay local counsel as follows:

1. $200 for filing a complaint.

2. $30 for each new filing that requires your review and filing.

3. $125 to attend any telephonic/virtual hearing that requires your attendance.
