LOCAL DAYCAB DRIVER (10-Speed) NEAR BUSH AIRPORT

Class A CDL Drivers are responsible for delivering freight from terminal and picking up freight from various local warehouses/customers and return to terminal. The ideal driver must be a dependable and responsible person with a positive attitude that is willing to provide excellent customer service and get the job done. Must have a current Class A CDL and adhere to all DOT regulations. Essential Responsibilities, includes but are not limited to:

• Deliver and pick up freight in a timely manner from designated locations.
• Provide courteous customer relations and always strives to strengthen customer relationships by establishing a reputation for fast, accurate, and on-time deliveries.
• Respond immediately and with a sense of urgency to work requests from the Operations Dispatcher.
• Comply with all applicable DOT regulations and inspect all equipment for damage and/or excessive wear during pre-trips. Report findings to the Supervisor.
• Practice safe and courteous driving at all times.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Fearlessly Ethical, Fair and Consistent to ensure Organizational Integrity and Safety Compliance.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent Safety conscious with a clean driving record. 3 plus years of CURRENT Class A CDL driver experience with a Current TWIC and DOT Medical card/preferred. Must be the age of 21 or older. Ability to enter all client sites without entry restrictions. Clean driving record with the ability to submit to and pass a background and drug test. Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Must be able and willing to work a Schedule that's from 7am-5pm.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• CDL Class A Driver Needed
• Local (with TWIC Card if available) at home by 5pm daily.
• 3 years and above experience.
• Must be Capable of driving 53FT Dry Van, Reefer.
• Who thrive working on the road and can ensure safe and accurate deliveries.
• Clean Driving Record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
