Local Delivery Driver

Duties

• Safely operate a box truck or similar vehicle to deliver products to customer's front doors, or retail locations within designated routes
• Load and unload cargo using manual lifting techniques, pallet jacks, hand carts ensuring proper handling and safety protocols are followed
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and punctuality
• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries, answering questions, and addressing concerns
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle inspection reports
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety standards are met
• Assist with warehouse tasks such as loading and unloading your vehicle.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
