Local Driver

Overview
We are seeking experienced Local Drivers to join our team for immediate opening. The job is for a dedicated local position based in Nashville, TN.

Duties

• Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance logs.
• Communicate effectively within App regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
• Home every day
• Occasional weekend work(once out the month)

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for the type of vehicle operated.
• Proven experience in truck driving with a strong understanding of route driving principles.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• At least 2 years driving experience
