Local Driver CDL/Warehouse Associate

Overview
This full-time hybrid role offers local daily routes, allowing you to return home every night. You will operate a Class A vehicle and spend part of your day performing warehouse duties, such as loading/unloading freight and pulling orders

Role & Responsibilities

• Driving: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, navigate local routes in and around the Doral/Miami area, and safely transport cargo to the airport and to client locations. Follow all traffic laws and regulations while operating company vehicles. Follow all DOT and FMCSA rules and regulations. Comply with all company and customer / suppliers safety rules and regulations.
• Warehouse Help: Assist warehouse staff with loading and unloading freight, palletizing, pulling orders, and preparing shipments when not on the road
• Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and suppliers upon delivery. Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and reports for all shipments and vehicle inspections. Collect signatures when necessary. Communicate proactively with dispatch to coordinate deliveries, pickups, and any route adjustments

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of commercial driving experience.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and background check and a pre-employment road test.
• Ability to handle freight using forklifts or manual methods safely and efficiently
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing manual labor inside the warehouse.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial driving and warehouse operations.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and dispatch.

*Schedule requires 1-2 weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday) per month.*

Pay: From $1,050.00 per week
