  • Guide Master (Year 2-4): Shift leader, mentor, advanced brewing/hospitality

  • Franchise Partner/Owner: Equity and ownership in future Local Brew locations

A Day in the Life of a Local Guide

  • Hospitality Host: Learn guests’ names and stories, remember their favorites, and create connections.
  • Craft Beverage Service (21+): Pour small-batch beer, wine, and custom seltzers; mix and bar prep for service; guide guests through our full alcohol and NA lineup.
  • Digital Automat Guide: Stock fresh food deliveries, keep equipment pristine, and help guests order with ease.
  • Barista Bot Partner: Open, support, and close our AI barista; keep beans, syrups, and milks stocked; ensure smooth service all day.
  • Back of House Craft: Learn brewing basics, help with production tasks, and pitch in wherever needed.
  • Standards & Safety: Follow SOPs and checklists; maintain food safety, cleanliness, and equipment care.

Must-Haves

  • 21+ years old.
  • Able to lift 25+ lbs and stand/walk for a full shift.
  • Availability during our hours: 7 days/week, 8am–9pm (to 11pm Fri–Sat).
  • Long-term mindset: we’re breaking the quick-service and craft molds, and we want people who’ll break them with us.
