Role Positioning:
Responsible for full-process HR management at Manbang Egypt branch, ensuring labor compliance, promoting cross-cultural integration (China-Egypt), maintaining team stability, and supporting local business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Lead local recruitment, develop and maintain local sourcing channels, optimize processes to meet business hiring goals.
- Expatriate Support: Assist Chinese expatriates and business travelers with work permits, visa, and social insurance in compliance with local regulations.
- C&B & Compliance: Design and administer local compensation & benefits, manage attendance, leave, and social insurance in line with Egyptian labor laws.
- Employee Relations & Culture: Handle local employee relations, resolve labor disputes, manage labor contracts, mitigate legal risks, and foster China-Egypt cultural integration.
- Training & Productivity: Organize onboarding and skill-building programs for local staff to enhance team efficiency.
- HR Administration: Maintain local HR data and personnel files, and complete other HR tasks assigned by headquarters and the branch.
- Office Administration: Oversee daily administrative operations including office leasing, asset management, environment maintenance, procurement, logistics, and local vendor management.
Requirements:
- Experience in HR in Egypt, the Middle East, or Africa preferred.
- Deep understanding of Egyptian culture and customs, and hands‑on knowledge of Egyptian labor law and employee relations.
- Strong communication and adaptability skills; experience serving multicultural teams preferred.
- Proficient in Arabic (listening, speaking, reading, writing). Chinese and/or English proficiency is a plus.
