We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Head who can lead strategy, drive growth, and manage high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in handling USA audiences, with expertise in digital marketing and brand positioning. Experience in Amazon designing will be considered a strong plus, as this role will directly oversee our Amazon Graphic Design team.

Work Details

Position Type: Onsite

Location: Paragon City, Lahore

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: Flexible (between 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time)

The Role

Lead overall marketing strategy and execution for multiple brands

Develop campaigns tailored to USA audiences for maximum impact

Oversee and manage the Amazon Graphic Design team to ensure creative excellence

Drive digital marketing initiatives including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing

Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for growth

Collaborate with sales, design, and operations teams to ensure alignment

Stay updated with global marketing trends and Amazon marketplace strategies

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in marketing leadership roles

Strong background in handling USA audience campaigns

Experience in Amazon designing is a plus point

Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to inspire and manage creative teams effectively
