Local Lead Generation & Showroom Traffic Specialist

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven, resourceful individual whose primary mission is simple: bring qualified foot traffic into our showroom. This is not a passive marketing role. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy position focused on generating real, local leads using any effective channel.

If you’re someone who knows how to hustle, get attention, and turn outreach into actual in-person visits, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive local traffic to our showroom using platforms like:
• Facebook Marketplace
• OfferUp
• Craigslist
• Local groups and forums
• Execute outbound efforts:
• Cold calling homeowners, contractors, and installers
• Direct messaging and outreach campaigns
• Post and manage high-converting listings and ads
• Identify and target homeowners actively looking for doors, windows, or renovations
• Build relationships with contractors and installers to refer clients
• Track outreach efforts and optimize what works
• Continuously test new methods to generate showroom visits

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven ability to generate leads or traffic (sales, marketing, or outreach experience preferred)
• Comfortable with cold outreach — phone, messaging, and in-person
• Street-smart, creative, and results-driven
• Knows how to use online marketplaces and social platforms effectively
• Self-motivated — you don’t wait for instructions, you make things happen
• Strong communication skills
• Local market knowledge is a plus

What Success Looks Like:

• Consistent increase in showroom foot traffic
• Qualified homeowners, contractors, and installers visiting regularly
• Measurable lead generation and conversion into appointments

Compensation:

• Base pay + performance-based incentives (tied directly to traffic/results)
• High upside for top performers
