Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week

Requirements:

• Active LPN License
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption (if required)

Pay: $26.81 - $32.29 per hour
