Salary: Rs 60,000/- to Rs 90,000/- per month

Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

Office Location: Main Boulevard Gulberg II Lahore

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Local Maps (GBP, Apple Maps) Support Lead with proven experience in Google Business Profile (GBP) and Local SEO operations to lead the coordination of local SEO teams. This individual will be responsible for overseeing GBP strategy execution, resolving technical issues (including suspensions), and ensuring smooth collaboration across departments such as content, design, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily workflows and ongoing projects for GBP.
• Ensure that deliverables are completed on time and aligned with business goals.
• Facilitate clear communication across teams, monitor progress, and remove roadblocks.
• Provide expert-level guidance on creating, optimizing, and managing Google Business Profiles.
• Lead the resolution of suspended listings and handle communication/escalations where needed.
• Keep up with GBP-related updates, best practices, and Google policy changes.
• Serve as the liaison between SEO teams and senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate with hiring managers regarding team expansion or role fulfillment.
• Actively collaborate with the content and design departments to ensure asset readiness.
• Respond promptly to queries from the Customer Success team related to GBP or team deliverables.
• Ensure daily email and task follow-ups are handled efficiently and professionally.

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in project management or SEO operations.
• Hands-on expertise in Google Business Profiles listings, optimization, and issue resolution.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and teams simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

Background in Local SEO, Listings Management, or Digital Marketing.

Familiarity with agency workflows and client servicing.

Understanding of content pipelines, creative briefs, and design team collaboration.
