Our growing family of brands includes PestMaster, Pest Pros, and Catskill Animal Damage Control, serving residential and commercial customers throughout the Hudson Valley region with pest control, mosquito and tick services, wildlife removal, and preventative home protection solutions.
We are looking for a strategic, creative, and highly organized Local Marketing & Sales Manager to help drive growth across our family of brands through local marketing, lead generation, community partnerships, reputation management, and sales support initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Local Marketing Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and execute localized marketing strategies that support revenue growth across PestMaster, Pest Pros, and Catskill Wildlife Removal.
- Develop and manage seasonal local marketing campaigns tied to pest activity, promotions, and community needs.
- Build and execute grassroots marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Coordinate neighborhood outreach, direct mail campaigns, partnerships, realtor relationships, local events, chamber involvement, and local sponsorships.
- Build marketing plans aligned with business goals, lead generation targets, and service growth initiatives.
- Help plan and execute community events, home shows, vendor fairs, and local partnerships.
- Support the sales team with promotional materials, presentations, referral tools, and localized campaigns.
- Create and execute email, SMS, and other marketing campaigns as needed.
Demand Generation & Lead Development
- Support local sales initiatives and help identify new business opportunities.
- Assist in developing referral partnerships with realtors, property managers, contractors, and local businesses.
- Track marketing leads and campaign performance to help improve conversion and ROI.
- Work with the team to create offers, promotions, and seasonal campaigns that drive booked services.
- Create and manage campaigns that generate qualified residential and commercial leads.
- Support customer acquisition efforts through direct mail, digital campaigns, social media, events, referral programs, and grassroots outreach.
Social Media & Content
- Manage and grow local social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Nextdoor.
- Create engaging content including educational posts, seasonal tips, promotions, technician spotlights, customer testimonials, and community involvement.
- Coordinate photo and video content for marketing campaigns and social media.
- Work with vendors and VA’s to ensure content is consistent with branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
Reputation Management
- Help oversee online reviews and customer sentiment across Google, Yelp, and Facebook.
- Implement strategies to increase positive reviews and strengthen local search visibility.
- Respond professionally to customer feedback and help identify service improvement opportunities.
Brand & Marketing Coordination
- Ensure consistency across marketing materials, signage, vehicle branding, print collateral, and local advertising.
- Coordinate with outside vendors, printers, photographers, and digital marketing partners as needed.
- Help maintain accurate business listings and online presence across digital platforms.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in local marketing, field marketing, community marketing, sales support, or brand management.
- Strong understanding of grassroots marketing and relationship-building strategies.
- Experience managing social media platforms for a business.
- Comfortable creating content, coordinating campaigns, and working independently.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
- Experience in home services, pest control, construction, landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, or similar industries is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profile, Yelp, and CRM systems is a plus.
- Self-starter mentality with a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
