Local Marketing & SEO Specialist (Restaurant Chain)

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on local marketing expert who can drive real foot traffic and visibility for our restaurant locations. This is not just a social media role. We need someone who understands local SEO, Google rankings, maps visibility, partnerships, promotions, and how to make a restaurant busy every day.

You will be responsible for increasing our exposure across Dubai and Abu Dhabi through smart local marketing strategies that convert into dine-in customers and delivery orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow local marketing for multiple restaurant branches
• Improve Google Maps rankings and local SEO visibility
• Optimize Google Business Profiles (posts, reviews, photos, ranking)
• Plan and execute local promotions and campaigns
• Coordinate influencer visits and collaborations
• Build partnerships with nearby offices, hotels, and communities
• Create and manage email/SMS/WhatsApp marketing campaigns
• Support paid ads strategy (Google & Meta) with local focus
• Track performance and report on store visits, calls, and bookings
• Work with the team to launch events, offers, and new openings
• Ensure consistent brand presence across all platforms

Requirements

• Strong experience in local marketing for restaurants or retail
• Proven results in local SEO and Google Maps ranking
• Understanding of UAE market (Dubai/Abu Dhabi preferred)
• Experience with Google Business, SEO tools, and analytics
• Creative, proactive, and results-driven
• Able to work both strategically and hands-on
• Experience with influencers and community marketing is a plus
