Jayhawk Transport LLC is looking for a reliable, safety‑driven Night Shift Trailer Spotter to support our growing local operation. If you know your way around semi‑trailers, stay organized, and take pride in keeping a yard running efficiently, this is a solid opportunity with a respected Chippewa Valley company.

Position: On-Site Trailer Spotter

Shift: Night Shift 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. (Rotating Schedule, 2 on/2 off/3 on)(84 hours bi-weekly)

Starting Wage: $25-$27 +$2/hr. shift differential ($750 sign on bonus)

Location: Chippewa Valley / Eau Claire Area

Responsibilities:

• Utilize a yard truck to spot and position trailers safely and accurately
• Move drop trailers and assist with daily yard flow
• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient yard
• Communicate with local customer and operations as needed
• Follow all company and safety procedures

Qualifications:

• Experience with semi‑trailers, yard spotting, or similar work
• Hold a clean Class A CDL and current Fed Med card
• A stable work history is required to ensure reliability and dedication to the role
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and stay productive
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Have reliable transportation & prefer residence be within a 30-mile radius of Eau Claire
