Local Online Sales Associate ( Agricultural Equipment)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Online Sales Associate to manage the online listing and promotion of tractors and agricultural equipment. The primary responsibility of this role is creating,posting, and managing equipment listings across multiple platforms to generate leads and drive sales.

This is a full-time, on-site position requiring strong organizational skills, familiarity with Marketplace,Craigslist, and other online marketplaces. Basic knowledge of ag equipment is a plus, and the ability tocommunicate effectively with potential buyers is crucial.

Key Responsibilites

• Create accurate , detailed, and compelling online listings for tractors, implements, and whatever else we may have at the time.
• Take and upload high quality photos and videos of equipment
• Research market pricing to ensure competitive listings
• Post and manage listings across platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Company Website, and other sales channels
• Respond promptly to online inquiries and messages
• Coordinate with sales staff regarding availability and status updates
• Update listings as inventory changes
• Monitor listings performance and refresh posts as needed
• Maintain organized records of posted inventory

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of tractors and ag equipment is preferred
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable using computer, cell phones and online platforms
• Familiar with Facebook Marketplace and similar sales platforms
• Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Photography skills couldn't hurt

Schedule & Compensation

• Full time position
• Pay based on experience
• On-site position

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per month
