Job Description:

Our client is seeking dedicated and proactive Local Operators to join our team at both our Riyadh and Jeddah locations. As a Local Operator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. Your attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately will contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Skills & Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery, equipment, or systems according to established procedures.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks to ensure equipment functionality and identify issues.
• Monitor and adjust process parameters to maintain optimal performance levels.
• Respond promptly to alarms, deviations, and irregularities, taking corrective actions as necessary.
• Document operational activities, maintenance tasks, and incidents in logs or reports.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to address equipment malfunctions and ensure timely repairs.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment.
• Assist in training new operators and ensuring compliance with operational procedures.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to relay information and updates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes and suggesting enhancements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant training is a plus.

• Proven experience (X+ years) as an operator in a similar field or industry.
• Familiarity with equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
  
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment monitoring.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in varying environmental conditions.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
