Local Route Driver - San Diego area!

Job Brief

Santa Monica Seafood is a family-owned and operated full-service fresh and frozen seafood processor.

Driver will operate a Class C - Bobtail

Drivers will have a pre-assigned routes to ensure timely delivery of our product to our customers, in a professional and customer service oriented manner.

Performs routine daily pre-trip and post-trip inspection to ensure vehicle is road safety and reports any mechanical defects condition to Lead Driver/Supervisor.

Ensures that manifests are completed and accurate. Loads truck with daily merchandise to be delivered as well as unload merchandise for customer.

Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 75 lbs.

Provides assistance to resolve customer issues

Ensures timely delivery of product to our customers

Food delivery experience preferred, but not required

Must be willing to work early A.M shift / Monday – Saturday / 2 years exp.
