Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Local Route Driver with a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Tanker Endorsement to join our team. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely operating pumps, hoses and booms to load the fryer oil on custom dump truck/trailers which will ensure smooth daily operations while providing excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a trucks with either automatice or manual transmissions.
• Load material efficiently using mechanical knowledge of truck systems and equipment.
• Drive on designated routes to deliver services or collect restaurant grease across the region.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
• Handling/Moving containers or equipment in order to load truck
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and safety records throughout each shift.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members to coordinate schedules and resolve issues promptly.

Experience

• Valid Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement required.
• Minimum 2 yrs Daily truck driving experience
• Strong mechanical knowledge of truck systems and maintenance procedures.
• Prior delivery driver experience in a commercial setting preferred.
• Comfortable performing manual handling of heavy containers or equipment.

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
