About the Role

Xpo9tial is a rapidly growing digital marketing and e-commerce services company working with both local and international clients. We are hiring a Local Sales Executive with proven service-based sales experience, particularly in software services, e-commerce solutions, or digital marketing services, to help expand our local client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and meet potential clients within the local market
• Present and sell service-based solutions including software, e-commerce, and digital marketing services
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct follow-ups, share proposals and pricing, and close deals effectively
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven service-based sales experience B2B, B2C (software, digital marketing, or e-commerce services)
• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
• Confident, self-driven, and target-oriented personality
• Ability to manage multiple client interactions daily
• Comfortable with field visits and in-person client meetings
