About the Role

We are looking for a focused and experienced Local SEO Specialist to join Arc Codes. You will be responsible for managing and delivering local SEO results for our clients, primarily small businesses in the United States. This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy-only position. You will own rankings and results.

Core Responsibilities

Local SEO Execution:

• Set up and optimize Google Business Profile listings for clients
• Build and manage local citations across directories
• Conduct local keyword research targeting city and service specific terms
• Execute on-page optimization for client landing pages
• Build local backlinks and manage review generation strategies
• Track and report ranking improvements using Google Search Console, BrightLocal, or similar tools

Client Reporting:

• Provide clear monthly reports showing ranking progress and traffic changes
• Communicate results in plain English that non-technical clients understand

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on local SEO experience and backlinking, not just theoretical knowledge
• Proven results getting local businesses to rank in Google Maps and local pack results
• Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and at least one SEO tool such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or BrightLocal
• Experience working with US market clients is a strong advantage
• Self driven and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Basic WordPress knowledge is a plus for making on-page changes directly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
