We are looking for an absolute master of Local SEO who can bridge the gap between technical execution and proactive communication. The Role: What You Will Do

As our Local SEO & GBP Expert, you won’t just be managing listings—you will be engineering local dominance. You will own the strategy and execution of a massive local footprint, ensuring our clients' websites and GBPs work in perfect synergy to maximize visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• GBP Mastery: Execute, manage, and scale programmatic updates across our rigorous 200-point GBP optimization program for multiple clients simultaneously.
• Website & GBP Integration: Optimize and align client websites with their GBPs to create a powerful, unified local SEO signal that drives rankings and conversions.
• Review Management: Oversee and implement proactive customer review management and reputation strategies.
• Data-Driven Multitasking: Efficiently juggle high-volume tasks and algorithm updates without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.

Communication & Remote Work Requirements

Because we operate in a 100% remote environment, communication is our currency. We do not micromanage, but we do require absolute visibility and transparency.

• Top-Tier Communication: You must speak and write English flawlessly. Your communication style must be highly proactive—meaning you update team leads before they have to ask you.
• High Accessibility: You must be easily accessible and highly responsive during standard business hours.
• Dedicated Environment: You must operate from a quiet, professional, dedicated home office setup free from distractions.
• On-Camera Presence: This role requires frequent on-camera video calls and regular meetings to sync on project progress, strategy, and performance metrics.

• Proven Local SEO Expertise: You can demonstrate a track record of successfully ranking local businesses and managing large-scale GBP networks.
• Technical Synergy Knowledge: You deeply understand how website structure, schema, local landing pages, and authority impact GBP performance.
• Process-Driven Mindset: Experience handling programmatic, checklist-driven optimizations at scale.
• Resilience & Agility: The ability to handle high-volume tasks dynamically while maintaining flawless accuracy.
• WordPress Website Design & Development: It's a bonus if you can design and develope beautiful, clean, and SEO-connected website experiences on WordPress.

Position Structure & Compensation

We believe in rewarding exceptional work, but we also believe in proving it first.

• Initial Status: This position starts as a temporary, full-time role. For a top performer who demonstrates consistency, reliability, and mastery, this will quickly transition into a permanent, full-time career with us.
• Compensation: The position starts at a lower baseline compensation level during the initial trial phase. Once your work quality, consistency, and proactive communication are proven, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your value to the company.
