Local Team Partner X-Shore
The Local Team Partner - X-Shore is responsible for supporting the well-being, enablement, and daily needs of X-Shore teams across countries. The role ensures that employees feel supported and connected, while X-Shore leadership has a trusted partner to support people-related topics, especially communication and team building. The position bridges teams' well-being, communication and enablement needs with leadership expectations and provides proactive support to create a productive and engaging work environment. So, overall, this is a non-leadership but senior-mindset role, designed to support employees in the X-Shores with their local needs. The role's responsibilities are as complementary to the local P&C Teams such as People Management, Talent Acquisition, etc. and the Senior People Partner - X-Shore & Expansion.
The Local Team Partner - X-Shore creates value by ensuring that employees across X-Shore locations are supported, engaged, and connected. The role contributes directly to retention, employee satisfaction, employee development and smooth operational functioning, while enabling X-Shore VPs to focus on strategic and business priorities.
Therefore, this role stands at the intersection of both leading employee relations in close alignment with local People Management and other P&C teams on site, and working very closely with the X-Shore VPs as their trusted partner, which also includes supporting them in their systemic operational disciplinary responsibilities.
As the direct report of the X-Shore VP, the role's responsibility areas would slightly differ depending on the local needs, with relationship & communication management and supporting P&C processes where needed is the main frame. Here, the management by the X-Shore VP is always the main guidance to be followed, and local People Management, local P&C teams and the Senior People Partner - X-Shore & Expansion would always be the parties for close collaboration for this role.

Support employee relations topics in alignment with the X-Shore VP, ensuring fair and consistent handling across X-Shore sites, and include the Senior People Partner - X-Shore & Expansion as well as the local People Management where needed.

Support local onsite and virtual engagement as well as development initiatives to foster a sense of belonging and team cohesion (One Team), like All Hands Calls, team workshops, team building activities, motivational team initiatives, etc.

Ensure employees are connected to both local leadership and the broader All for One culture.

Support the X-Shore VP in his/her systemic operational disciplinary responsibilities in alignment with Senior People Partner - X-Shore & Expansion and local People Management.

Provide operational assistance to the X-Shore VP especially in HR Information Systems (HRIS: SAP, SF, People Hub, etc.)

Act as a sounding board for the X-Shore VP to address people-related challenges and ensure alignment with HR standards in collaboration with the Senior People Partner - X-Hore & Expansion and the local People Management.
Your Talents:
Education
:

Bachelor, advanced HR certifications (e.g., CIPD,SHRM, Coaching/Facilitation training) would be an advantage.
Language Skills:

English C Level, German is a plus
Expertise:
-
Junior Expert or Expert-level HR Generalist with 3–5 years of relevant experience.Broad knowledge of all core HR areas (for TR,especially training & development,communication; for EG, especially payroll,social security legislation, communication).

Initial experience in managing sub-projects

ideally across countries or at least functions
-
Ability to think and act proactively and strategically while also managing day-to-day operational needs

Solid understanding of labor law, fundamentals and compliance topics

Hands-on experience organizational development / learning & development activities

Very good knowledge of HR tools, processes, and reporting (e.g., HRIS, onboarding, workflows,feedback tools)

Facility management & project management skills is a plus
